Founder and name partner of the Firm, Elio has a long, solid experience in the fields of banking, corporate, bankruptcy law and real estate operations, and a significant (thirty-years) experience in debt restructuring; Elio has been assisting primary banks in the whole pathological phase of restructuring agreements subscribed by big companies in default and has also been managing all the judicial proceedings of debt collection (of secured loans) and several lawsuits against bankers.

Elio graduated in Law at La Sapienza University of Rome (1969).
